quick check...
For JFSI to work we need to identify Jewish facilities that meet some basic minimum criteria. Here is a short list of what JFSI is looking for in its partner facilities:
| א | a flat or south facing roof of about 5,000 square-feet, |
| ב | a roof of acceptable condition and age (if the system is going on the roof) and/or the ability to replace the existing roof prior to installation of the solar system if the current roof is not acceptable, |
| ג | an electric utility that allows "net metering", |
| ד | a desire to have a financially and morally responsible source of energy for your facility. |
| ה | a willingness by the organization that owns the facility to work closely with JFSI while we coordinate the design and installation of a solar system on your facility. |
While there are other considerations, and we will need to gather more information as we move forward, having the above attributes is the critical first step. To explore these minimum criteria further please don’t hesitate to contact us.
If your facility has the physical characteristics and energy demands JFSI needs for our systems to make financial sense for JFSI, and for your organization, then the fun begins.
